Policies and Terms

Our philosophy is to extend to our clients the best possible service so that your time with us is one of relaxation. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Fee Schedule and Office Policies.

                         Fee Schedule

FIRST SESSION:  $85.00 (75 Minutes)

When you arrive for your first appointment, an assessment will be made to determine your health status.  Included are the following:

  -  Intake form for you to fill out, listing your problem areas, conditions, surgeries, injuries, and medications

  -  Stress evaluation

  -  Treatment plan

Following your massage, there will be a brief exit interview to determine how you feel, with suggestions offered to help you in your healing process.

FUTURE SESSIONS

All future sessions will begin and end with a brief discussion - first to evaluate your needs for that particular session, and after, to determine how you feel after your massage.  Actual "hands-on" time will be reduced by the time taken for these short discussions.  Rates are as follows:

                                            30 Minutes   $45.00

                                            60 Minutes   $70.00*

                                            90 Minutes  $100.00

                       Receive $5.00 off each session when you prepay:

                                     Five 30 Minutes Sessions = $200

                                     Five 60 Minutes Sessions = $325**

                                     Five 90 Minutes Sessions = $475

                       Gift Certificates Available

Payment

We accept cash, personal checks or credit cards at the time of service; there is a $50 minimum for credit card purchases.  There will be a $30 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds.

Insurance

Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care are among health insurance companies offering discounted massage therapy sessions. Please call your health insurance company to see if they are one of them.

Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy

Most massage appointments are booked weeks in advance. Please respect our cancellation policy and understand that last minute cancellations and "no-show" appointments are not acceptable and are detrimental to our business and any business that operates by appointment.

We have reserved this time especially for you. Unless there is an emergency, we request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full value of your session. Alternatively, if you find someone to fill your appointment, you will not be charged.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." They will be charged the full value of their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes after its scheduled start time; if we do  not receive a phone call, we will assume that you are a "no-show" and release the remainder of your time.

Late arrivals, up to 15 minutes, will receive the balance of the time remaining and will be charged for the full appointment.  (We regret that we are unable to extend your time if you are late.)

Referrals

The best source of advertising comes in the form of a satisfied client. If you feel your massage met or exceeded your expectations, we would appreciate your referrals.  After your referral has received their session, you will receive a discount of $10.00 when you make your next one-hour or longer appointment.

Gift Certificates

  • You must bring your Gift Certificate along with you to receive the session.
  • Clients arriving without gift certificates will be required to pay for their session and will be reimbursed once their gift certificate is received (must be sent within 10 days).
  • Gift certificate laws vary by state.  Laws specific to either MA or NH will be printed on the back of the certificate.
  • This office is not responsible for lost gifts certificates.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Gift certificates cannot be combined, combined with other offers, or shared.
  • In the event an appointment is made to redeem your gift certificate and you do not show up or give the required 24-hours' advance notice, you will be considered a "no show" and the gift certificate then becomes void.
