Policies and Terms

Our philosophy is to extend to our clients the best possible service so that your time with us is one of relaxation. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Fee Schedule and Office Policies.

 

                         Fee Schedule*

                                               30 Minutes    $45

                                               60 Minutes    $75

                                               90 Minutes    $105

                                           

  * Add $10 for prenatal

                                      

When you arrive for your first appointment, an assessment will be made to determine your health status.  Included are the following:

  -  Intake form for you to fill out, listing your problem areas, conditions,   surgeries, injuries, and medications

  -  Stress evaluation

  -  Treatment plan

Following your massage, there will be a brief exit interview to determine how you feel, with suggestions offered to help you in your healing process.

All future sessions will include a few minutes for an entrance interview and an exit interview, allowing for addressing and monitoring of your progress. This time is within your appointment.

                                            

                      Discount Packages

                                                          

                       Receive $5.00 off each session when you prepay:

                                     Five 30 Minutes Sessions = $200

                                     Five 60 Minutes Sessions = $350

                                     Five 90 Minutes Sessions = $500

       

  

   

                            Gift Certificates Available

Payment

We accept cash or personal checks payable at the time of service.  (There will be a $30 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds.)

Insurance

Some insurance companies offer discounts on massage therapy ... call your health insurance company to see if they are one of them.

Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy

Most massage appointments are scheduled weeks in advance. Please respect our cancellation policy and understand that last minute cancellations and "no-show" appointments are not acceptable and are detrimental to our business.

We have reserved this time especially for you. Unless there is an emergency, we request that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full value of your session. Alternatively, if you find someone to fill your appointment, you will not be charged.

In the event an appointment is made to redeem your gift certificate and you do not show up or give the required 24-hours' advance cancellation notice, you will be considered a "no show" and the gift certificate then becomes void.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please call within the first 15 minutes of your session.  If we do not receive a phone call from you, we will assume that you are a "no-show" and release the remainder of your time, and you will be responsible for payment of the missed session.

Late arrivals, up to 15 minutes, will receive the balance of the time remaining and will be charged for the full appointment.  (We regret that we are unable to extend your time if you are late.)

Referrals

The best source of advertising comes in the form of a satisfied client. If you feel your massage met or exceeded your expectations, we would appreciate your referrals.  After your referral has received their session, you will receive a discount of $10.00 when you make your next one-hour or longer appointment as our thank you.

Gift Certificates

  • You must bring your Gift Certificate along with you to receive the session.
  • Clients arriving without gift certificates will be required to pay for their session and will be reimbursed once their gift certificate is received (must be sent within 10 days).
  • This office is not responsible for lost gifts certificates and cannot be replaced.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift certificates cannot be combined, combined with other offers, or shared.
  • In the event an appointment is made to redeem your gift certificate and you do not show up or give the required 24-hours' advance cancellation notice, you will be considered a "no show" and the gift certificate then becomes void.

 

We want to be responsive to your questions or issues. You may find answers to your questions on our FAQs page or our Policies page. Phone calls and emails will be returned in a timely manner. (The internet and cell phones have, on occasion, resulted in a delay of receiving messages of up to a few days.  If you do not receive a response to your email within 24 hours, please call the office directly.)
